Portobello Art Walk 2026 (first weekend)

  • Anna Liebmann Studio 34 Eastfield Edinburgh, Scotland, EH15 2PN United Kingdom (map)

Come and meet Anna Liebmann (weaver) as part of Art Walk Porty, discover and purchase beautiful handcrafted items from her home studio where you can see where and how Anna works and weave her exceptional Willow pieces.

Using entirely UK willows, many grown regeneratively in Scotland, Anna makes functional and decorative works drawing on traditional baskets and heritage weaving skills. Baskets, homeware, jewellery, plant supports, willow display.

Art Walk Weekends celebrates Portobello’s creative community with a town-wide exhibition across artists’ homes, shops and community spaces.

Arranged around 6 walking routes, 70 artists participate in the festival taking place across 53 locations. Please scroll below to browse the full programme.

Interwoven across the festival’s title of Shift and Flow, artists explore ideas of transiency, flux and fluidity; from intertidal environments, to personal responses to nature’s ebb and flow. Our two awarded artists Minnie Scott and Sally Price showcase new work launched at the festival.

Cressida Trail is a community project that takes a look back to the original Cressida tidal octopus first created by artist Lauren Fox in 2015, inviting anyone to display octopus inspired artworks across Porty.
